Too funny. Well I expect it to be used then. I'd like you to go to surgery first though as this isn't all about you but rather- paving the road for me . Hahahahahahahahahha

Wow that seems like a lot! I see the doc next Tuesday but I'm hearing he doesn't require much of a pre op. Weird how docs are different. I wish she would- without her telling me I "have" to- I'm not likely to stick to anything. Hence- the need for this tool. Best of luck in the next few weeks

Hee Hee- seriously! You're APPROVED. Now schedule your day for sept 10 (my way of keeping my anxiety down as I'll be a basket case the moment I walk in). So if to be unselfish- you and the rest of the September peeps should rearrange schedules to me MY needs . Hahah- JK Yep positive thoughts. Nothing but optimistic and positive thinking. You rock!
  14. .... The period of time between being told surgery is approved until I meet with the doctor again OR until pre op starts. Just so happens to be my favorite part of the pre surgery phase. Mind you me- I will be happy to give it all up when the time is here. As a refresher: the worst part of pre surgery: waiting for approval. :-)

I found out the same day Chad I'm shooting for a Sept 10 date. My hubby don't really doesn't understand either and I think he knows I'm going to do it regardless. This site has been sooooo helpful for me. Not so much for advice on what to eat- when etc as I will follow doctors orders to the T. But it's about the journey itself. Congratulations on your approval- be proud and excited! You've reached the next step

  17. Welcome! You sound so sweet and it Sounds like you have a wonderful life . This is such a journey- one in which I've never gone through and am looking forward to my surgery and moving on to th next phase. Thanks for sharing your story xxxx
  18. PS- I also had the 6 month. I still struggle.
  19. I just used the term because I see it on here a lot. By nature - I don't take things too seriously - love to have a good time and am usually pretty opimistic. That being said- I think you are totally entitled to your opinions. Quite honestly I find it comical on here that so many people get so upset by people'a posts. It Sounds like you have developed a healthy relationship - yea relationship- with food. I, on the other hand, do not

Have you tried Chantix? Worked wonders for my hub's chewing? Now that you're two weeks away I know that isn't the answer now but wondering if you ever tried it?
