I have bcbs federal and it took about a week to be approved. Surgery 10/25 at St. Paul-UTSW in Dallas,Tx with Dr. Scott.

I had the seminar in March. 3 Nut visits, a psych visit, 1 visit with doc this month. I had pre-auth approval in June after Nut visit. Dr. Is always booked. I have BCBS fed. On my surgery date I will be the only surgery for that day. -
