I know and I was scared about that because I only told one person what I was doing.......but reality hit I'm on a new healthy road who cares what they think I'm looking and feeling fabulous!!!!!!!

It's been ok I'm not gonna lie the first week I was miserable.... A friend from a previous class saw me and gave me some encouraging words that brought my spirit back up...... It's been 3 weeks and im doing great last time I checked I was down 22lb I'm loving it now
