So I am still 6 months out PRE-Op, but last night I had the craziest dream. I was in the mall and went into the women’s section (not the plus size), selected this awesome outfit, tried it on, and it looked AWESOME in the mirror. What an awesome feeling. I am counting down the days until my WLS, and it is always on my mind. Have you had any dreams about your upcoming WLS? -
I am so excited for you! You are getting so close. I have just started my 6mo pre-op diet. If you don't mind me asking... did your surgeon provide a checklist of items for your Dr. to review and add to office notes on your 6 month pre-op? Did you loose weight, gain weight, or stay the same weight during this time? Thanks for sharing.

I don't normally remember mine either. This was so real. Somehow I feel it was like my subconcious rooting me on telling me not to give up. It is possible. :0) -

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I am going to follow to the letter with the 6 months supervised weight loss to qualify for the surgery, but if something happens, I have decided I am willing to pay if necessary to improve the quality of my life. Thanks for your support.

I couldn't ride the rollercoaster at Disney World on our family vacation this summer. It was so humiliating to have to get off the ride and exit because I couldn't fit. I want my body and life back. I am 7 months pre OP due to insurance requirements for physicial supervised diet. Good luck on your journey! -

At the seminar I attended, we were allowed to make consult appointments with the Doc afterwards. My insurance requires the 6 months of supervised weight loss, so I am begining that process now. Congratulations on getting started!
