I've noticed with the my exercise program, and as the weight has been coming off I feel very unstable and wobbly around my hips and low spine. I have even gone to physical therapy to gain some insight, As it turns out I am pathetically weak in my pevic girdle form sitting so much and not exercising for so long. Big surprise huh? anyone else experiencing this and how long does it take to get things to firm up so I can walk normal?
I am one month our from my surgery and except for my most recent throat infection, I have had zero problems and my eating is progressing as it should. Just getting used to the new stomach sensations, and knowing how to eat. It's a piece of cake. You will do great!!
Well I am one month post and am doing really well except that I have had a very bad throat infection the last few days limiting my ability eat and drink, I am slowly getting better, improving my intake.

Thanks for your comments. I am having my procedure in 2 weeks, and I am in a dedicated exercise program, eating well, so I'm hoping I am starting with the right attitude. Have lost about 30# preop. Whoop!!
Wow!! My surgery is on the 25 of June, and feel so much better after reading these entries. I hope I will have a similar experience. Here's to joining the losers bench!!
