Sleeve of steel also... unfortunately. .. well with the exception of any kind of chicken reheated makes me sooooooo sick! Sugar doesn't affect me at all... sigh... chocolate doesn't affect me either.... Ugh.... I wish I couldn't eat them...

I'm a happy person. .. not depressed

Oh and my calorie intake varies now as I can eat more on some days....

Im 14 months post-op and I was in a stall for 6 weeks... I'm starting to lose again although it's 1-2 lbs a week now as opposed to 4-7 lbs a week I was losing before... I have lost 168lbs since my surgery and I want to lose 20 more lbs. Its been a slow and tedious weight loss since the 1 year mark!

I am 1 year 2 months post-op.. I will sometimes get an individual pizza and I can eat 1 whole slice without the crust and 1/2 slice of just the toppings... it is yummy. . But afterwards im full for about 4-5 hours.

June 29th is my 1 year anniversary!!!!!! 350 lbs day of surgery 156lbs lost so far IM 5/9 1/2 and wearing size 14.. which makes me happy!!!! Id still like to lose another 30-50lbs but ive been in a stall for 2 months... sad face.. How is everyone else doing????

Ive lost 158 or 159 lbs. So far and im still losing. Its slower now..but still dropping weight.. at times I love this surgery and at other times I wish I would have never gone through with it... like when I want that extra bite of food. Or that whole cupcake or even an ice cold diet pepsi that hasn't passed these lips in a year...im so tired of water...lol My scale made me its b***h... but I took that back!!!!! The scale is my b***h now! Happy 1 year surgiverrsary to me 159 lb Down from a 30 jeans size to a 14 levi's Down from a 4x/5x shirts to size Large/ Xlarge. Down from a 46ddd bra to a 38ddd bra.... ( that part im still ok with) lol So yeah me! Oh im 5'9 and started at 350lbs day of surgery. ..

Make sure you get your Protein in and drink the water! Do nit let guilt overwhelm you if you bite a cupcake or eat 5 M&M's ...lol. I had to learn that quickly... The best advice I can really give is ... When you look in your mirror and you've lost 50lbs.... 100lbs... 150lbs.... your mind will play tricks on you... I still see that surgery dated body at times when I look in the mirror. .. do not let that get you down! Also... dont become a slave to your scales... I was my scale b*tch for the longest time.... now I weigh myself 2 times a week.... Good luck on your surgery!

No clue... it makes me very sick still... so do apples, oranges, and slaw...

my eyes are way bigger than my stomach (still)...... Guilt is not what I should feel if I eat a cupcake. ... 123lbs lost is actually great...... If I dont lose any weight 1 week its OK... Feeling mad sometimes because I still cant eat salads or slaw is OK.... Being able to buy clothes anywhere is nice.... I can walk past Lane Bryant and I do NOT have to shop there!!!!! The scale is NOT making me its b*tch I made it my b*tch!!!! I enjoy compliments. .... Being cold ALL of the time sucks! Whenever I see french fries I smell grease which is a good thing right? I still want to lose more weight but if I don't its starting to be OK.... Weight day of surgery: 350 Weight today: 224 Surgery date: 6/29/12 Height: 5'9 1/2 Anyone else?

I just found out I have a Ventral Hernia at 4 months post-op. its small right now and no intestines are in the hernia at this moment... Has anyone else experience this? Any advice??

6/29 surgery date 350 lbs 10/18 264 TWL so far 86 lbs Size 30 Levis day of surgery Size 18-20 Levis depending on the day now.....

When can i eat a said again???? 9/29 I'll be 3 months post-op... Im craving a salad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or maybe just the dressing ..... Its had to tell?? Lol
