Hit the 100lbs lost today, 82 since surgery July 18:). I also survived a 14 day cruise with an additional week of vacation. So maybe I could have done better, but still thrilled.

I agree that it is dehydration. Have you checked your sugar levels or are you diabetic? The frequent urination could be a sign, thus dehydrating you. -

I've stayed between 600-700 calories most of the time for the last 4 1/2 and it truly does work:). I don't feel starved, I've eaten mostly protein. Have faith, and work the program the results will amaze you. -

Hard boiled eggs, and I used to love them. Pasta gives me a too full feeling even just a little, so I avoid it. -

July Sleevers How R We Doing?

Sleeved July 18 down 76 lbs, and just survived a 14 day cruise! It was not easy being on the cruise, a had a few cheat bites of things, but lost 3lbs while on board. Thank goodness to a lot of walking and snorkeling. Hopefully now I can still enter onederland before Christmas. Keeping my fingers crossed. -
I've got a noisy one too, four months out this weekend:)
