surgery is tomorrow!
Livinglifeout replied to Mommymook's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Good luck, you'll be fine:). It will be over before you know it. -
Today was my first day in awhile that I haven't been bad. The grazing and carbs need to stop and I need to get serious:). I'm with you we can do this!

TUMMY TUCK TOMORROW MORNING
Livinglifeout replied to frumpynomore's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Thanks for the update...keep them coming. Hopefully the pain will ease soon.....just keep thinking how wonderful you'll look:). -
I could lose wait on my own...problem was I could never keep it off. Big time yo yo dieter through the years. This is a tool which I pray will help me keep it off when I reach goal. I tried to over eat a couple of times during the holidays, and my new stomach makes me stop:). Best thing I've ever done for myself, but with that being said you must believe in the sleeve before you get it done.

You look fantastic! -
Try hard to stick to three meals, and two snacks. I found that the sleeve will definitely let you graze. At your meal eat protein. I have found that when I'm not eating a lot of protein I get hungry:). Good luck, you can do this!

You mention that you are off your thyroid meds. Not sure why you were on thyroid but I've heard most thyroid patients take the meds for life. If your thyroid wasn't functioning properly it doesn't just start working because you have lost weight. You may need thyroid medication to break your stall and to get your metabolism working again. Just a thought:) -
Wow onederland....definitely a great achievement and hard work:). If I would quit cheating these last couple of weeks...I would meet you there. Be proud.
