I had very thick hair. Lost a lot starting month four. It is finally stopping as I hit the 6th month mark. It will come back. Had the same thing happen when my thyroid was out of wack. Having always had thick hair, now this thinner hair is easier to manage, Lol

TUMMY TUCK TOMORROW MORNING
Livinglifeout replied to frumpynomore's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Frumpynomore I've been following your posts and with that kind of result it was definitely worth very penny and all the pain! You look fantastic.....summer won't come fast enough for you:) Lara0280 what a great job your surgeon has done. Huge difference, super great results. I like how low the incision is. I would love to find out who your surgeon was and the charge for the tummy tuck. You look great:) -

Livinglifeout replied to Mommy25wife21's topic in Post-op Diets and Questions
Yes it is normal to be a little sore for awhile. I just hit six months out and only for the last month have I been getting all my liquids. Just keep trying, it will come. Also I ate Tilapia for dinner and was full on 3.5 ounces:) -

Why do I feel so yuk?
Livinglifeout replied to franken05's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Are you getting in all your vitamins and protein? You may need a B12 shot. -
Six months out and they have really faded, and I'm a bad healer. Or at least I've been told that from my thyroid removal incision. So I think you'll still see them, but pretty faded.

Livinglifeout replied to zweetnana's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
I've been eating more too, and it also scares me. My surgery date was July 18, holidays were too hard to resist. I need to go back to the basics, try everyday...but. Wish me strength I was doing sooooo good. -

I never had stomach gurgling noises till after surgery. I still have them at almost six months out. This is your new normal. Congrats on your surgery:) -
My surgery was two years ago
Livinglifeout replied to Foxbins's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Hi Foxbin, I really liked your post and it is true that you can lose weight with hypothyroidism:). I have been on this journey almost six months. While I've had great success I've been slacking lately because I feel so good and fit in normal clothes. You've inspired me to get back with my program, quit the grazing! I need to be at the weight around where you are, since I'm about your height. I can hear your happiness thru your writing, and hopefully I too will quit thinking of food all the time. -
WOULD U DO IT AGAIN?
Livinglifeout replied to chicha2012's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Definitely without hesitation I would have it again. I got my life back! The energy it has given me is amazing. It has saved my life...now I'm living my life for real:) -
I got my surgery in Mexico and still came home with meal plans, detailed instructions on medicines and vitamins. I also received meal plans, written log of my surgery and copies of all test results. Also was given a US number to call anytime for help, along with the doctor's number.
