I agree try water. I have fibromyalgia and somedays that is all I can do, and I think it helps with my pain. -
Just keep your mind on the prize:). Think of an event or plan something to look forward too, that you'll need a new sassy outfit for, say in six months. Keep yourself busy right now...get your mind off food.

Livinglifeout replied to sid_n_reagans_mommy's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
That is awesome. You look great so far, and it really means a lot to all of us that will want plastics that you are sharing so much. My arms are bad but wouldn't consider the big scars. Love the arm pit ideal. What a great hubby you have, and he will reap some good rewards in the end. -

Livinglifeout replied to Queen of Crop's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
I love how your journey has ended...thinking like a thin person. You look fab:). Thank you for inspiring me to just get to the end. -
This is how my husband was. He said as long as you've done your research, so it was off to Mexico we go. He has tried to eat like me and although he only needed to lose 10lbs he has, and brings no junk food in our house in order to help me. He never really complained about my fatness, but now he is so happy for me and I can tell he loves the new clothes I get, and that I don't wear Baggie ugly clothes anymore. He loves that i can do so much now, and talks about the energy I have now. He really loves the new wife he has, since I'm getting back to the women he married 29 years ago:)

Chugging liquids

I struggled a lot with thirst after surgery. I found that Popsicles helped the thirst. Six months out and I can drink a lot more, still no chugging:) -

This is the first step to a whole new life:). -
Oooops so sorry Tyson, not thinking right today:)

I think age and if you've had children will also affect the outcome. Why worry now, concentrate. On losing first and giving your skin enough time to bounce back.

I still haven't reached my magic number, but I am getting closer everyday. I chose my name for this site "livinglifeout" because I felt I wasn't living the life style I wanted due to all the weight. As I am losing, I am starting to do things that I haven't done in years. I always said...when I lose weight....and put things off, as life was passing me by. I'm a lot older than you Aussie girl, and wished I had done this years ago. Go out there and live life everyday. Go to all the events, not staying away because your fat and don't want people to see what you have done to yourself. I have traveled through the years of my fatness, but couldn't do all the activities I wanted to do. But I never went to a class reunion since I was ashamed to be the popular pretty girl turned fat. This year I will be going to my reunion, thirty five years later:) this September I have booked a trip to Machu Picchu, because I can finally hike up there. So what's next??? LIVING LIFE OUT!
