Healthy choice has some new frozen yogurts that are really good, and I'm not a yogurt fan at all. They come in strawberry, raspberry, plain and blueberry:)

Also different clothing labels really vary in how they are sized. I hit sales in January for some cocktail style dresses that I need for upcoming weddings. I feel in love with one of the first dresses I tried on .....a size 10 fit perfect.....I was thrilled. Next dress I loved was a 12 and couldn't even come close to closing the zip. I hated to but grabbed the 14 in the same dress. Fit but still tight, a Calvin Klein. I decided Calvin was bad for my self esteem and left the store with my one dress, the size 10:).

There is a thread happening now for the boot amp and Lil Miss Diva has been active on it. You may want to ask her about the protein bars:)

Another vote for the dress:) luv that Blue color on you....remember it when you purchase your skinny clothes in the future.

I finally put on the last pair of jeans I was wearing before surgery in July...I still can't fathom how big they were. Wow this really is workin:). Luv your pic.

I wear spanx for dressing up but for working out I use Danskin tight leggings and capris and fitted shirts from them also. Seems to hold a lot of jiggle while working out. You can find them at Walmart. Target also carries this type of wear just different brand and higher priced. Hope this helps, great job on the weightloss:)

I did. He had a lot of patients but really took his time in discussing things:). Would highly recommend him:)

Ok I'm in. I have really slacked off but need to work hard again. I love the weight I've lost but I need to get to goal:)

I'm going to up everything and give this a try. Do you worry about cholesterol with all the eggs? Mine was always high before, not sure about now. Labs in two weeks.

I did not have this happen during this surgery, but did when I had another surgery. My doctor put me on birth control to regulate it and it worked. I feel for you and you may now be low on iron. Best of luck, big congrats on your weight loss:)

We billed my husbands meals to the room and at check out paid with our visa. Using a Visa is no problem and the exchange rate usually works out better. Much safer than carrying a lot of cash.

More than looking good, and you do look fantastic is that you feel so good. I can feel the happiness in your words. It is all working out for you and big congrats on your relationship. Be happy and keep on enjoying the " new you", you'll reach goal yet:)
