Plateau After Only Two Weeks?! Wtf!
Livinglifeout replied to samomom's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
How many calories are you eating per day, and how much protein? You may have to adjust your calories. Are you doing any walking or workouts? Not judging just trying to help you. I hate that you are feeling so depressed. -
I am very sorry for your loss. As hard as it seems to worry about yourself at this time, that is exactly what you need to do.

Ok, So A Stall? Best Way To Get Through It Fast?
Livinglifeout replied to sillygirlmi's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I've been on a lot of cruises. There are a lot of food choices and the maitre d will also serve special food for dietary needs. Just let your travel agent or the cruise line know what you will need. Also every ship has a Buffett where there are many selections of healthy food also. My mom had to be on a bland diet once due to some issues she was having, and the gladly puréed her food. -

Wow how accommodating. I haven't experienced eating out yet and hopefully not for awhile yet, but when I do I was wondering how to experience it. Great ideals.

Livinglifeout replied to Sparky79's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
All my inches ions are finally scabed over, no pain to speak of. This morning I'm down 20lbs since surgery, but did come home 6lbs heavier. I'm on mashies, but still having problems getting enough fluids in and protein in. Haven't started the treadmill yet, told myself I would today. Just a little low still on energy:). Want to hear more updates from the June 18 th group:) -

Dr Garcia And Mi Doctors Hospital
Livinglifeout replied to Eleasha's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I had surgery on July 18 with Doctor Garcia, and had a fantastic experience. The whole crew at both the MI Hospital and the Marriott. The nurses were so attentive catering to both myself and my husband. They Made sure my husbands insulin was keep cold, always asking if we needed anything. There is a house doctor there all the time. The room was good, just like our hospitals and a bed for my hubby, along with tv and remote control for air conditioning, which I loved. The Marriott is very familiar with the patients, you can eat your broth in the restaurant or they will deliver it to the room. Real nice pool area for companion, also golf. No worries amount being in Tijuana at all. The driver Samuel is great. -

If your getting all your proteins in, you also want to take your vitamins and maybe B-12. Hopefully that helps. The B-12 really helped me. -
