Cholesterol seven months out
Livinglifeout replied to Livinglifeout's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Well now that you mention it I eat an 1 egg and 1 slice of 45 cal Sargento cheese for breakfast, most days. Lunch usually small chili ( hamburger meat) or lean ham lunchmeat with lettuce and a tablespoon of chicken salad. Dinner small salad, talipia, salmon or pork lion, chicken, ribeye, usually no more than 3 ounces. I know I need more veggies, but never have been big on veggies. I drink crystal light throughout the day and two cups of coffee in the am. -

Thyroid Issues...anyone Else?
Livinglifeout replied to Nutzie's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I also had a total thyroidectomy and take .25 cytomel for my T3 and 125 synthroid for T4. If I don't have the cytomel I'm sluggish and can't lose weight. Not all endocrinologists believe in treating the T3 separately, but it is the only way I feel good. -

No just since July 1, 2012...at my July 18 surgery date I have lost 99 lbs. Also taking a two week cruise in November and with Christmas, I could have been more dedicated and probably lost a little more:) -
Look at the carbs in those meals. Most have way to many carbs:)

My friend keeps calling me a "Cheater"
Livinglifeout replied to lilstyler's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Jealous, jealous , oh did I say she is jealous ? Right now she is happy because she is thinner than you, no competition. She does not want you to be thin and beautiful and her devil horns are showing. You will find some like this on your journey, just pay no attention. Right now you need only supportive, positive people in your life. I chose to only have my husband and myself know and I still have encountered some jealousies. My skinnier friends love the new me. My fellow chubby friends....not so much. But a couple are now dieting so that is a good thing:). Distance from her for awhile and if she is a true friend she will come back to you. -
Thanks for the pics...you look wonderful.
