When Did You Decide To Weigh?
Livinglifeout replied to Jakosgirl's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I weighed myself after five days, when I returned from Mexico. Found that I had gained 6lbs from surgery and flying. Waited four more days and lost 10lbs:) -
Me And My Sleeve Went On A Cruise!
Livinglifeout replied to Tshaunda's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
So glad you had a great time, and you've probably set a new record for the only person to get off a cruise ship with a weightloss:). Not to mention a boyfriend too...is just "icing on the cake". -

Before And After 15 Weeks Out And Down 64 Lbs! :)
Livinglifeout replied to Lisa's Hope's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
Look at that waistline:). Looking great...your on your way now! -
Bless her heart. I totally understand this. While my mom would hint to me about dieting and that I need to lose weight, the next hour or so she'd be telling me I need to eat! I swear that I couldn't do this now if my mom lived close by, the holidays will be hard enough:)

I Wonder What Celebrities Are Sleeved?!?
Livinglifeout replied to SensationallySassyT's topic in Rants & Raves
I totally agree with this theory on JHud. Depression this severe could cause a lot of weightless. Also she set up a fitness center and has a large group of her own relatives working out and doing weight watchers together. I saw it on some program. -

Not Eating And Gaining...
Livinglifeout replied to jessfharris's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Although it seems like the worst possible thing to happen to you right now, this too shall pass. You are going to rock your sleeve and turn into the beautiful skinny b***h that is waiting to come out. DO NOT give him the satisfaction of also making you sick or a failure. Follow your program, schedule your mealtimes and force yourself to eat. Take one day at a time. Just concentrate on yourself because YOU are worth it:). Keep us posted we are here for you. -
Ignore the scale for awhile and keep working your program. The scale will drive you nuts:)

Wow great job...you'll surely break the stall...or you'll fall over from all the working out. I need to get my but in gear:)

Post-Op Ride Home...car Or Van?
Livinglifeout replied to Angelmom's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Just bring the pillow and tell them to watch the bumps, and you'll be just fine. No problems getting up, just couldn't bend over. -
We all support and it is the perfect place to vent. Just wait until your dad and sister start seeing you being more active and healthy. I think when the weight loss happens and they see this, their views will change.

Post Op Fluids

I would double check those noodles. I think they need to be strained at that stage. -

To Cruise Or Not To Cruise?
Livinglifeout replied to nicole836's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
My husband and I just booked a 10 day cruise in November. I'll be 4 months by than. We've cruised a lot not worried about meals etc, but like you I'm now thinking about clothes. I never expected to lose this much weight so quickly, but I'm not complaining:) I had lost weight two years ago in the summer and had bought smaller clothes in 14 and size large tops. Well the tops are starting to fit now, and the pants are getting close...guess I'll also be shopping for clothes. Realizing this I started to look for swimsuits, but have found I missed out already, even on line most are sold out...and what size? -
Oh yea, I can see future "cougarness" in you! Lol. Proud of you, keep up the good work and soon you'll kick that walker to the curb:)
