I had my surgery on the 16th of march and yes, liquids in and liquids out. I guess until we start with the solids it will be this way? I have not thrown up Thank God! I do feel very sore and very gasssy! Kim

My date is only 4 days away and I am a bit nervous! I think about losing more than just weight likemaybe a freind? I think about not being able to do this the right way? I will be praying for you to do well! Kim

Hey Crabcake, I am like you I have tried so many times. my surgery is March the 16th and I am excited. I have about 150 lbs to lose I pray that I will. I am a little bit scared but I know I am 52 and not getting any younger! I am going forward with this and will give it my all! I believe you can too! Kim -
I am also trying to lose more weight like 150 pounds. I hope I can on the lap-band? I am also doing the liquid stuff and I agree it is pretty boring, but I am sticking to it. I hope I will do okay! I also hope yall will too. My husband is skinny and sometimes that is hard too.Thanks for the reply! Kim

I started my liquid fast, my surgery is March 16th I only hope I will also do well with the lap-band. My surgeon has been trying to get me to do the gastric bypass but I don't want to , I am having the lap-band but he thinks I will lose more with the other. Anyway, I hope I will to well.

This will be my first post , I am scheduled for surgery on the 16th of March and am excited! I am 52 and have about 160 lbs to lose. I hope I do as well as yall have! Kim
