Ok..... Today I just started my full liquid diet and I'm very confused. I was making my Protein shake and It states make one scoop w 8 oz of Water or skin milk; however my paper work from my DR and nutritionist states no more than 2 oz at any given time. So am I only to drink the 2 oz and disgard the rest or sip 2 oz at a time until it's done even though I'm full??
