My story similar to your was 253 in April and now 200 but I hardly exercise how just half way done need to loose another 55 pounds but guess will hav to work hard ..are u having hair fall I m having very bad hair fall .... -

Yup me to lost 50 pounds after my surgery in April from 250 to 200 another 55 pounds to go...
