Scared, Only 4 Days Out Of Surgery

I am 4 days out of surgery and feeling a bit depressed. I am not really hungry but I feel like I am missing out on something. I drink my water, protein shakes and juices but will I ever be able to eat again? Did anyone else feel like this?
