I haven't really"cheated" but last night I caught myself taking a bite of my kids dinner and today my husbands chicken d salad. I'm going to really watch myself though. its not about listing weight during this time its about shrinking the liver. -

you guys made my day. I too have bcbs fed and my surgeons office said they will be doing my letter for approval some time this week. I already have everything done and they gave me a date. I hope it asl goes as smooth for me. doing the happy dance already.

I have been working my ass of with what my nut says and my scale won't move. I'm worried that my lack of weightless will make the nut post pone the surgery. I really wish she would just say lose five lbs before the next appointment. I almost feel like cheating and doing what worked in the post so she thinks I lost it for her. bummed -

so I had a list of appointments I had to do least thing was monday last time with nut. then I could schedule my surgery. well they called and change it for a week. now I feel everything is delayed.
