I was sleeved July 30. So 3ish months. I see my nutritionist next week. I lost 30kgs as the gym before surgery. I've since lost another 14. But a few weeks ago I discovered I could eat chocolate way to easily now I've developed a carving/habit for a chocolate each day. I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks and I have started to move from the freddo frogs to the normal sized bar. I know it's wrong but I feel like I've been dieting on and off for 18 yrs and this is the first time I haven't had to "worrie" about putting on weight. You know, I just want a break but I k ow its a excuse. So help!!!!

Ok help me out. What's a good multi to get and has anyone heard of spariluan protein? Still in my liquid stage post op but I CAN NOT swallow one more bloody chocolate shake. I am having soups and runny tuna mornay. I think I had my sweet teeth removed as well as 2/3 of my tummy.

GGAAAAHHHH 1 week to go! I am starting to double think and re affirm then second guess. I am definatly going to do it I guess i just scared about all the pain. I am BAD with pain, I don't winge a lot... I really try not to! I am focusing on that and it's freaking me out. Is the pain after that bad?

Kangaroo snags, I cooked then up for the family last night, I had a curiosity bite. I thought it was pretty boring... Mrs Mac pies however..... Mmmm

Ok so according to all that know everything. I am supposed to fast on the day of my op from 6:30 onwards I can have a shake then nothing. I have to be at the hospital at 9:30 for my admission. Ok, sure, fine. Then I find out today that I am 4th on my surgeons list for the day and prob won't go into surgery until 5:30!!!!!!!!!!! I am so scared! I can't last that long with out food! Also won't I be super dehydrated? HELP what do I do????

Am a Aussie girl, Rockhampton QLD. I have scene on the posts people taking about bougie sizes and plyorus. What is this? I don't think I've heard of either of these things. Help?!?? Is this something I should find out about??

Hell yeah. My surgeon knows what he's doing IMO. I work with 2 girls who have had this done with him and they haven't had any problems. I just had a panic attack thinking " ****, do I need to find out and/or choose a size???" Thanks for clearing that up for me. How was your surgery?

Hey I am getting sleeved July 30. Dr Russell in rockhampton. Hope I can pick your brain ~What kind of pre op diet did you have todo? Was it optislim, diet jelly & no carb veggies? ~ I am reading a lot of USA lingo and I am getting confused. Did any of apply to you?
