I am 7 weeks post op... I'm hungry all the time...in the beginning I lost 36 lbs...now i've gained back 5 lbs...I got tired of liquids but I did it...the soft foods sucked and I got tired of them and started to try other foods...I am not at a stall I am still loosing and gaining...but im freaking hungry all the time and I don't kno what to do...im going insain I want the weight off but damn I didn't think it would be this hard...somebody please tell me what too do...im gonna call and make an appointment too see my doctor cause it shouldn't be like this ((

I think thats a great idea...low fat healthy Snacks in arm reach...I know it will get easier...I just be glad when I reach that point...thanks for your helpful advice ))

Yes I am but I don't take them everyday...I never knew that acid reflux felt the same as hunger omg...u feel like such a idiot

Protein shakes and Water hun be sure to walk walk walk...you can break that stall sweety...good luck

Thank u...the surgery went well...im a little sore from the incisions...the gas on my chest really sucks...I hope that I will be able too drink water normally again instead of sipping it...down 17 lbs...I will keep u posted

The day is finally here....my nerves are all over the place...please pray for me...I will keep you guys updated on how it goes surgery @ 10am this morning gotta be at the hospital by 8am.....

my surgery is Tuesday and I am like about to lose my mind... but then again I think everything is gonna work out just fine... I really just can't wait for it to be over with so that I can get on the losers bench and start doing my thang working out and getting healthy... please everyone pray for me that I have a successful surgery and recovery on Tuesday the 27th....it is so close and I'm so excited can't wait to get back to me and living life

My doctor told me 2 months

Nov 27th @ 10am I will be getting sleeved can't wait..but yet im so nervous because I start liquids tomorrow and my surgery is next Tuesday...please keep me in your prayers fam...

I have waited 8 almost 9 months to hear the words you've been approved...I worked hard at what I needed in order to be blessed with having my surgery done on Nov 27th without no cost to me...this surgery means alot to me...my health is at risk if I don't loose this weight...people that are suppose to be my friends and support are bringing me down with all their negativity and words of I know people who have had a gastric surgery and they died from it, don't do it...why would you discourage a person that is 2wks away from surgery...why would you do that at all...(sighs) I was so excited when I got the news that I was approved and now im frighten because I have 3 kids to live for...im still gonna do what I have to do and keep my faith...im not gonna let them get to me...it just hurt my feelings to know that they are not supporting me on my journey. ((

Im waiting for Baylor Hospital in Dallas Tx to let me kno if they will perform my surgery...ughh I wish I already had an answer...im ready to get the hard parts of this over with and go back to living life again...well I guess I will find out something here soon. ((
