Already girl...im 2wks away from surgery...im still happy and excited to be a healthier new person...its just discouraging when you deal with stupidity.

No I live in Dallas Tx...I was told by medicaid that u can't have 2 insurance co. My doctor is Dr.Jay

Sorry guys I haven't been on in awhile...but no I haven't had my surgery yet...Baylor wouldn't accept my insurance...but im still pushing through guys...I meet with the insurance coordinator Oct 22nd so I hope and pray all goes well...thanks for the support guys...

You can't have medicaid and bcbs...they will take your medicaid away....you are going to have to jump through hoops to get your surgery through medicaid...believe me im almost at the end of it all lord say the same...did your doctor diagnose you with anything other than being overweight because you have to have a medical reason...

I will say after reading all the post on here I have really and truly got discouraged...I have 2 months to go before I have my paperwork sent in to have my surgery...I am now hoping I have took all the correct steps...I dont wanna have to start all the way over again 6 months is a long time...I have fluid on my brain I have been this way since 06 when I was diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri...my weight is keeping this fluid on my body...I dont wanna go blind again omg that is one of the worst feelings in this world...I just wanna get the weight off so that I can move on with my life....GOD IS IN CONTROL IT WILL ALL WORK ITSELF OUT!!!
