This was great, it motivated me to finally start a food diary. In the mornings when I'm like, "uh, I ate so much!" I realize that 4 small, homemade turkey meatball leftovers in pasta sauce and 10 cherries for a snack ain't that much. Dinnertime is another story...I need better restriction. If I could eat breakfast-ish all day I'd be in a good place! Working towards that today, more portion control.
