All great advice. I am almost 14 months out and have lost 122 pounds. I had lost over 50 and no one noticed. Very discouraging for sure. But your opinion is the only one that matters! I stalled a couple of times and realized I wasn't eating enough. As perpetual dieters we were incorrectly taught that less is more. Less food = more weight loss and although that is true with "bad" foods it is not the case with healthy foods. Especially protein after WLS. Remember as you loose, your body's needs change, so your intake must also change or your body will go into starvation mode and you won't loose. Make sure you're following all your nutritional guidelines, protein, calories, supplements and water, water, Water! and Don't give up! Attitude is everything! It will happen!!
