Well beer is as always my drink of choice. I am afraid I will stretch the sleeve though. Is that forever? I had a glass of wine and a vodka drink last night and they just dont do it for me (no judgement please)

If you consider a final meal to be The Marriott Tijuania chick broth, lol. Their chicken broth is horrible by the way. -

Pure Protein Banana shake, Chocolate and Cookies and Creme. I bought them at Vitamin World. They are more expensive than your average shake but much better in taste and 40 grams of protein 1 carb. -

I walked by a mirror in a store and didn't recognize myself. It wasn't me I didn't look that big. Anyway I did some research for about a week around the end of July and had my surgery August 9th in Mexico. -

I just had surgery in TJ by Dr. Lopez and his wife Dr. Osuna. It had absolutely zero to do with price point. I was Originally going to have surgery in Baltimore for 23000 dollars. I however am a extremely impatient person and I didn't want to go to nutrition classes and psyche evaluations and pad all the US doctors friends pockets unnecessarily. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with no complications and one of the less expensive doctors. I also booked surgery exactly one week before I had the surgery performed. Which for me the week wait was too long. The care was so great I plan to spend the money I saved with my surgery on a lift and tuck when I lose weight. I plan to go back to TJ to have that as well. -
Its a surgical soap used before surgery. I also put no lotion on my stomach a week before surgery. I am not sure if it helped but I used it. I think it was under 10 dollars. I think my husband bought it at a pharmacy in or near a hospital. I am still using it and my incisions look good.

I did buy a bottle of hibiclens and washed my stomach with that 3 days before up until the day of surgery and I am still washing with it.

I shaved because I would not have been able to stand myself for that time, lol. I also got a pedi with polish and a mani with clear polish the day before I left.
