  1. Hey, we are sleeve brothers. July 2nd here also. I have dropped 155 since since July 2nd, 185 if you count some dieting before that. Might try for 5 more lb.

    The great thread killer......

Plus there is a bunch of resistance training if you load a couch, flat screen and 3 weeks of groceries onto one long cart. I would say you probably burned off your sample from the shopping trip.

    For Distance Runners

About how long does it take for you to go from running a 10 k to a 1/2? I got the 10 k down pretty good now and can start in on some longer distances. What should the next mini goal be because it is a long ways between 10 k and 1/2 marathon. Thanks!
  4. I get the size up from that in the big canister.

Yeah, Costco shopping is like 4 times around the track by the time you are done shopping.
  6. Anytime! I am home now and the only clue I can give you is it is called "Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60" and is a "premier whey and leucine formula." There is no writing that says whether this is a concentrate or isolate so hopefully that helps. It has been a really helpful blend for recovery and tastes good also ( in my opinion). I usually have one for Breakfast, one for bed and one after my workout. Seems like I am taking a lot, but it is their recommended serving size split over 3 meals and gives 79 grams or Protein. I do not know why they would suggest 79 grams at once because the body can only absorb 30 g at a time. I usually do some pretty hard workouts so am glad to be taking something that puts me back in the game the following day. Look out American Ninja competition, here I come.

Um, ballpark 150 Cal? Depends at how big your bites are, I suppose. Sorry, I was not blessed with the calorie guessing gene. Hence, my diet is very simple and I depend on my trusty food scale.

Not really. It is literally a bunch of sample from ham slices, to Cookies, to energy drinks to yogurt. What they happen to be sampling. It is good that most times they are sampling foods that are good for us like chicken or beef. ,

    Regrets

Do you think it is possible that exercising 2x a day is being counter balanced with food intake? Was happening to me all the time before WLS. I would exercise 2 hours a day, but my diet was just not right and thwarted all my hard hours spent exercising. I am sorry you are going through this. Can you share a breakdown of what your diet looks like? Another thought, which would seem implausible at first, is exercising 2x a day is too much for your body and it is in starvation mode. However, Looking at your diet seems like a more logical and plausible place to start. Have you tried talking to a nutritionalist?
  11. I will need to check when at home. Love that it is helping me recover from runs. Taste is pretty good also. It says to mix in 3 scoops per serving, but I usually just do 1 or 1.5 per serving.
  12. I buy cookies and cream wheybolic 60. I still think 2 for 99 is expensive. Wish these were about 20 bucks cheaper...

any one have a being cold issue?

Just wanted to let you know the "cold issue" gets better around month 5 or 6. No longer wearing gloves when out walking or driving. However, I do like to crank a personal heater when working in a home office and do wear a light fuzzy pullover when around the house. I guess I like being a little warmer, but no longer freezing like before month 5.

    30 day squat challenge

The images seem to have disappeared. Does somebody have a text form of this challenge. I love doing squats during my stretch routine as they really stretch out the inner thighs and glutes, in a good way! Love it. Finally have an exercise to help blast that inner thigh area when working out at home (no big fancy inner thigh machines here). I also like to do mini squats where I hold down low and do little mini thrusts. Feels so good.
