    Calcium chews ?

Definately look into BA Caramel Calcium Citrate. It is the best!! Disclaimer : my own opinion of course. I just loaded up on 4 bags a couple days ago because it was only 11 at my WLS Center where it is 17 for me to order online through my Amazon distributor (plus shipping).

    No More Advil.....EVER!

The first time I read "I hate..." Above in your response I was thinking where is this anger coming from? By the time I finished reading though, I could tell you were emphasizing in a light humor. Goes to show some linguistic semantics are lost in written form if not careful on both the writer and reader. I think you are telling me I should have gone with Mint instead of chocolate. Will do next time when I order. Question for you. The FDA says the safe injection of Omega 3 is 3 grams a day or 1 tsp of this super omega 3 tonic. If I take 2-3 grams or 2-3 tsp a day to deal with inflammation (oh, the soreness Crossfit unleashes on me early in the morning the next day), will I be in the unsafe zone and be exposed to the omega 3 toxity? I do not mind most of the side effects like fishy breath, fishy mouth or even diarrhea , but increased weakened immune system, bleeding, depression and bipolar onset concerns me. See side effects here: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/natural/993.html What do you think? Wow, fish oil treats a lot of conditions.

Figures..... I deliberately do not watch that show because it is always a skin flick or a supernatural romp session. Not really my taste. My wife watches it though. Probably for the same reason she watches the bachelor ( another show I leave the room for). <start rant> End the vampire obsession already!!! I was so ready for bit to end after the first twilight, but noooooo, my wife and her whole family got hooked on the whole twilight, vampire diaries, true blood, underworld, etc shows. Enough already!!! <end rant>

I have been taking 1 tsp per serving per day, but will up it to 2 or 3 tsp a day per inflammation and per very active with running and cross fit. Thanks again!

    Squating advice needed - Help!

After getting better at squats over last couple days, I almost think there is more of an endorphin rush from properly deep executed squats then runners high. Great euphoria after squeezing the happy juice by dipping low a couple dozen times. Love it! Puts a smile on my face. Now I am doing these every hour or so to give my butt a break from the chair and also to free the endorphins for a much less fatiguing rest of the day. I am now a squat junkie as bad as that sounds. Lol. Yeah, baby, shoot me up with some of that. Try them out for yourself!

    climbing stairs

Has anyone climbed stairs in tall building or has an aspiration to? I am thinking about trying a skyscraper in downtown Seattle. Is it legal to enter any building that has an open stairwell and do this? Does not need to be the tallest building, but would it not be fun to scale the Columbia building? Sounds really challenging and fun, especially if a group gets together to do it.

    climbing stairs

You are probably right. I am sure SWAT team chasing would get me to the top faster. Lol. I don't want to do a formal race yet. Need to practice and get good at it first!! In the past when I was obese, 3 - 5 flights would be enough. Now I think I could make it up 50-100, but need to start somewhere. It looks like a really good sweat fest when watching someone do it on TV.

    9 day shake diet

There are lots of online places to buy Nectar from including Amazon, mybariatricpantry.com as well as a few others. My WLS Center also sells it in their store. I have seen Syntrax for sale in Vitamin Shoppe, but not in GNC. As for peanut butter, there is a wonderful product named PB2. It is dehydrated and has 1/3 the calories and fat as regular peanut butter. I have seen it for sale in lots of places. One suggestion is to mix Nectar chocolate truffle with butterscotch dry pudding and pb2. Add low fat silk or nonfat milk. It is yummy and is like a reeces pieces flavor or snickers.

Good picks! Both are very attractive (Catharine Zeta-Jones and Scarlett Johansen). Salma is pretty hot too. I liked her is Grown Ups (sorry, I lmao @ Adam Sandler movies). However, I have always had secret crushes on Scarlett Johansson growing up.

    ideal body type

How about a combination of ideal body type and brains? With WLS, we can do this as most of us have developed cognitive processing abilities from over compensating in that area most of our lives. Or would there always be balance where increasing vanity will decrease intelligence and logical reasoning. I would hope not!

You are right. I should have put him on the list. The younger version, not the crypt guy he is now. Lol.

That's cool. You can turn your body into any shape with the right diet, supplementation and training. Keep your eye on your goals and you will get there!

    No More Advil.....EVER!

I have been taking the chocolate super Omega 3 for a couple days. Taste is like drinking vegetable oil. Bleh. There is a hint of chocolate. I hope to see some results after a couple weeks of this. Good thing is cross fit is not slowing me down yet, so supplements must be helping out. On a related note at my month 9 followup on Tuesday this week, the doctor confirmed use of IBUprofin 800 mg up to 2400 mg a day would be safe and that I should try and take PPI with it. It is really interesting how the doctors can be so different in their support for NSAID after surgery. Considering that doctor responses lie all over the spectrum, I would definitely go with the recommendation of your doctor, to make you feel more at ease and to be safe (according to the doctor).
