I was self pay as well- I was treated like royalty! I didn't have any nausea so I didn't get nausea meds... I was prescribed liquid loritab to use at home and never needed it. I've used it once since surgery and that was for menstral camps. I was very very bloated after surgery - that made it hard for me to sleep comfortably. Once I started walking- it was like magic- the air just started exiting! I felt so much better!

1. I confess that I'm not motivated to cook for my family anymore n I feel really bad about it. 2. I'm concerned that I will hate the sleeve once I reached my goal weight ... I'm really gonna miss food then... 3. I feel that I'm isolating from my family n friends because I have no interest in happy hour or lunch dates.... Things we use to do almost daily 4. I hate that all celebrations surround food!! What am I gonna do for my birthday !?!? 5. I'm starting to look and feel good- I maybe tipping on Vainness( if that's a word).

Vsginnj- what have to realize is to each his own- if he/ she is ok with eating TWO ice cream sandwiches - then that's his/her life- this is not your battle or concern - just take care of yourself. And please don't let these ppl upset you... I just look at it n be like Wow... Really? Then move on!

I have never wore a 4 in my life - i remember my smallest size as being a 9. im 5'6- i think i would look like a drug addict if i wore a size 4. im looking forward to a size 14!

Crystal - just curious... What size did you think you were?? I mean before you. Went shopping... Knowing you lost a significant amount - were you expecting ..10,12,14?

Please tell me you exaggerated to be dramatic!! This just sounds unreal- I'm so glad you had your daughter there to help you- that hospital should be shut down and the quacks that work there shouldn't practice medicine in a testing lab!! My prayers go out to you and your daughter. God I hope there's a silver lining some place- besides the fact that your lucky n blessed to still be alive- is there one positive you can tell us about??
