When i was a kid kids would comment on mother,s huge ass . She still has huge ass. It didn't feel good as a kid. When my kids were in school they come home sad cause kids said i was fat . My highest wt was higher250, i lost the wt. Kept off for her3,4 yrs then wake up n i was 237. Totalled my motorcycle broke leg n skull fracture n i forgot to eat.. lost down to a kid10 quick like the sleeve, then kept off for3 yrs then wake212 again so i had the stomach removed lol I'm smaller than i ever been as adult and my granny asks me if I'm gonna lose that roll. Omg i was sitting hunched over. Some ppl only see fat and not the person. Wanna know how to make a fat person mad quick? Mention wls yep. Your their enemy for life.. try telling your fat friends about it you will see

As the weight melts off clothes shopping becomes fun again, soon you will be smaller than the skinny in your circle. It will f3el good to pass your fat clothes to someone else, i gave mine to my daughter, she had vsg 3 weeks after i did but her starting wt was higher than mine, after a month she was asking for my fat clothes, and a friend of hers is asking for her fat clothes, anyway it feels good to rid your life of the past and move to move forward. Being a single digit pant is awesome

My mouth was dry after surgery if I drink enough water. I'm fine. If I don't I wake with my lips stuck to my teeth I been on cpap since 1995

After my sleeve. I would wake up several times due to dry mouth. As I started consuming more Water it has gone away. I also have cpap. I don't use the humidifier Drink a glass of water befor bed helps. N I keep bottle of water on night stand

My 2 week pe op diet. Was 1 1/2 oz protien meat 2 oz fruit or vegi. 3 times a day. And 2 protien shakes a day

I can now walk in a store pick up clothing. And know it will fit. Grab a size 6 and know it will fit. Not like b4. When I would shop. Sweating in dressing room and nothing looked good on.

Tingling can be low protien. Your blood work will show it I get tingling numb feeling when my blood sugar gets to low. Goes away when I eat

I tried pizza the cheese n pepperoni. A week or 2 after my sleeve. And there was no satisfaction. Just made me want to vomit. Lol

You go girl. Picture your self in those jeans. And you will get there. Im size 6 pant. N large top. 34 DD DDD ladies. Ya. Boobies got Bella smaller but the cup in a 34 is also Bella smaller than a 40 DD. I tell you the 6 look small on the shelf. But I look big in them. Lol. My granny asked if I was going to loose my roll. I was sitting. I told her it's mostly loose skin. So. The size 4. 2. Rant much smaller than a 6. Soo. Here I come

I'm 4 months out. 8 lbs from dr goal. A size 6. Shopping for clothes fun now. But I been dropping 1 lb a week for a while. My first month. Dr told me to eat carbs. I had lost almost half the fat. 2 nd month dr told me eat more carbs. 3 mo. I told dr I was eating everything. N ate about every 2 hrs. For me. Everything I was told before surgery. They. Changed their mind after first month. So. I have no idea how much I eat in a given day. Ppl talk bout fat. Caps per day. I don't know how much I consume. My bf getting mad cause I eat so much now when we share not enough for him. Oh well. Last few weeks I'm trying to mostly do carbs. I want to hit dr goal at my 6 mo visit

Beingover wt effects your fertility. I was 42 when I did ivf if failed. I put off getting the sleeve cause I wanted a baby. Almost a yr after my tubal reversal. N no baby I gotthe sleeve. I'm not preventing pregnancy I turned 45 last month. I have noticed. Increased fertility. Signs since I'm 26bmi. Don't put having baby hold but get the sleeve and improve you chances

That evening when we heading for fireworks. He told me he wanted to ride. I told him no problem I have 2 bikes which one you gonna ride. He said we go one one bike n he be in control. Lol. Ya rt. I told little man if he was better rider no problem. But I wasn't ready to die yet. He smiled and got on the back. Now if I could train him not to move around. Oh well
