    Shewolf. Good for you. When the weight started coming off I stopped exercising. I'm starting back in the gym and will try to keep on track. How about your food intake? Has it changed over the year?

    I was sleeved 9/12. Started at 333 and down to 260. Lost about 75 in total. Have been in major stall over past few months.m unfortunately I am able to eat a lot more and my bad habits are coming back. I also lost a lot of muscle mass so feeling weak especially at night. Any suggestions?
  3. Starting weight 333 Current weight 260 Lost 73 lbs I had my surgery 1 year ago today. Things have slowed up a lot and have been eating a lot more. Still happy with the loss. Just need to keep it off.
  4. I was also sleeved on 9/27 and have been in a stall for 2 months. Down 70 lbs. very tired at night. Not hitting the gym that much and beginning to cheat.
  5. I am also starting to sneeze after eating. Any ideas?

    70 Lbs Down In 4 Months!

    Brian Just watched your YouTube videos and they were very informative. I am in the same boat as you and am also named Brian. I started at 333 and was sleeved the end of September. I'm down about 50 lbs with minimal complications (back hurts), I am also cold all the time where I was always hot. I'm trying to find a good app for tracking Protein. I have tried myfitnesspal but tracking protein isn't that easy in it. I'm heading in for my 2 month visit this week and looking forward to the results. As for exercise, I'm riding my bike and try to hit the treadmill but only 1-2 times per week. I definitely have definitely lost some strength in my muscles probably due to lack if protein, it's a challenge to get 80 grams of protein in a day. I'm beginning to supplement with eas rtd shakes that have 43g in them. Best of luck.
  7. Sleeved 9/27 Starting weight 333 Today's weight 281 Down 52 lbs In a major stall for 3 weeks. Probably not drinking enough or getting enough protein. Since I lost the weight I'm always cold. Never been cold before.

    OK. Made it through 1st week. Had an awful back ache from laying in hospital bed. Now on day 8 and doing great. NUT moved me to phase 3 do glad I can eat real food. Down 34 lbs since start of pre-op. Felt great to be under 300 and to fit into shorts I haven't worn in years.

    Day 4 post op and still pretty rough. I screwed up my back laying in hospital bed for 2 days. Dr. Gave me some muscle relaxant but not doing much. Got a great massage today so maybe this will help. Evenings are the worst when trying to find a good place to sleep.

    1st night at home and pretty rough. Very hard to find a comfortable way to lay down. The hospital beds weren't the best so have bad back ache to go along with the pain in the front. Stomach is going crazy so going to call the Dr for Prilosec and anything else he can give me to help out.

    Sitting here waiting to go home after 2 nights in the hospital. Pretty rough. Hopefully this was all worth it.

    I'm scheduled for this Thursday. I'm excited and nervous. 2 week pre-op liquid diet is not too bad but getting old.
  14. I'm getting levied on Sept 27 and am having a hard time starting the 2 week pre-op. Can someone recommend some shakes (powder and ready to drink)? Thanks,
