You've done great!! I'm at a still right now, i'm up and down same 3 lbs every week, however i was loosing an average of 1-2 lbs per month. Today is 18 months and still sitting at the same weight as Jul 14th. I find i'm struggling a lot since about 1 year out or so. I can eat way more and more often however i still try to make the best choices. I exercise on a daily basis, anywhere from 45 mins to 1.5 hrs a day. I know if it wasn't for the exercise, i would have prob gained weight again. Do you track your food? How do you do with maintaining? how many calories, Protein do you have a day? I track everyday in MFP, helps me keep accountable and see if i have all nutrients i need for the day. Most days i have no problem getting over 100 g of protein.

hey how are you all doing??? I'm on myfitnesspal also tracking every single day!!

Hey all!! Was just on this site and saw this. I'm hardly on here, however just wanted to let ya'll know that we do have an AMAZING group going on FB, if any of you are not there feel free to join us!! -
I lost 22 lbs before surgery. Surgery day i was 311 lbs. 1 Year later i was 180 lbs, so yeah i guess in 1 year from surgery i had lost 131 lbs. Today, i am around 168 lbs. So total weight loss all together since Jan 2011 would be 165 lbs. I would still like to loose a few as my goal was to get to 165. I might aim for 150 ish after. Not sure yet

Looking For February Sleever Buddies

So there is multiple people that messaged me asking me to create the group. But Lotus has already created a "Secret" Group. This means ONLY Members see the "Group" , who's in it and what members post. The group is called February Sleevers. If you want to join this group, i think you will need to post your Facebook name on here, and then would be able to invite you. I know the name is February Sleevers, but if you were sleeved January or March, I am sure the creator of the group would be ok with everyone joining as we are still so close in our journeys. -

Yes, Lotus created a new username, but hasn't created a "Group" yet, don't think. There is a difference between an account and a group. Here's the difference for people that aren't familiar: Personal Account: Personal Account enables you to maintain a Personal Profile, interact with friends, create and/or join groups, create a Fan Page for your business, become a fan of (or Like) other fan pages AND purchase advertising. It also allows you to make changes to a Business Account Fan Page IF you are an administrator of the page. Beware: Facebook technically only allows you to have one account, either a Business Account or a Personal Account. If you create a personal account, it is supposed to be in your real name(first and last names) Facebook Group: (Only for personal account) A group is ideal for a group of people who want to maintain a discussion. Until recently, you could invite a friend to join a group, and they would have to decide whether to accept the invitation. If a group was created recently, the new rule is that current group members can add their friends to a group. The friend can leave the group, but until they do, they’re a member. Advantages of groups include: Wall posts: Messages, links, photos and videos that a group administrator posts to the group wall will show up in group members’ news feeds. Group members can comment on these, or post their own content. Privacy: A group can be open, closed, or secret. The members and content of an open group are public. In a closed group, the list of members is public, but the content is private. In a secret group, the members and content are private, and the group doesn’t appear in search results for non-members. A study group might choose to be private, whereas an alumni group might choose to be open. Shared documents: You can share documents with a group, and allow other group members to edit them. A book club group might include a list of all the past books they’ve read, or a study group might include a group project. Group chat: You can limit a chat session to include only group members. Group email address: Members of the group can send an email to all the other members via a single email address. Events: Like pages, a group administrator can create a related event. -

I'm thinking, we could create a private group, this means, no one can search for the group, only if people send link to other people, and no one can see your post other then members of the group. The topics, pictures, likes or whatever will NOT show up on anyone's timeline as it's like a "Closed Private" group. There's not really a need to create a "New" or "Separate" facebook acct for this, as we can all chat there, but depending on your own facebook security and settings, no one from the group can see your profile, unless people have their profile set up that anyone can see their profile. This will just help as we can all go and support and help each other there, and chat, as most of us are prob more often on Facebook anyways!! LOL I am thinking we could create a group for Jan & Feb & Mar 2012 Sleevers, this ways we are all somewhat close enough to discuss our journeys together -

That is ok, i think you just created a new account and we can add you as friend. We can also create a group, where people can join in and will serve for help and support and everyone that joins the group will be able to see all posts and reply or whatnot, since if you have your own account and add friends, it's not easy for all the other people to interact together. If you want i can create a closed group if everyone wants too
