I ended up ordering the Gabrialla Breathable Elastic Abdominal Binder for Women (9" Wide) It was only $28 on amazon. I will see how it does. Thanks everyone! -

Hi Barisaxylady, I start my pre op diet tomorrow. Drinking a lot of Protein shakes. I use Dymatize which I love, it's actually yummy, I get it from Amazon. I already use it for Breakfast a lot. What is a laser bra lift? I'm going to need stuff done after my vsg. I'm scheduled for sept 4th. With a 44H I'm sure I'm going to have to do something with my boobs after I lose all my weight! -

First Day Of My Pre-Op Diet

I don't start my 2 week preop diet until 8/21. My surgery is Sept 4th at University of Maryland Medical Center w/ Dr. Mark Kligman. The approved the protein mix that I've been using for years, so that's great! It actually taste good. I use Dymatize. Piña Colada is my favorite so far. Yum! -
Finally a date! September 4th!!!!!!!! I want to scream it to the world except for the fact that I'm only telling immediate family. That messes up my screaming it to the world plans. My 30th Birthday is August 23rd and I start my preop diet the 21st. Oh well...I'm ready to start my 30's thinner
