I have set a goal to complete one 5k per month starting with a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. I plan to walk that one but will build on that to run future ones. -

Waiting to have my date scheduled but I am thinking it will be mid-January. Having surgery at GBMC in Towson, Maryland. -

I am hoping for a January date too. I will finish my 6- month visits in December. -
I am 3 months into the process, as well. I am 37. I am looking to have surgery in Jan. So far, I have completed all my pre-op tests just need the 6 months completed. I, too, was nervous about upper GI but it wasn't Bad.
