I was banded 7/31/12 and I have lost 53ish pounds. I exercise on a regular basis. I have had 2 fills, however I'm starting to wonder if I need another fill. I have started to be hungry between meals. I'm not sure if I need the fill or just motivation and will power. Any advise?

Thanks! That's kind of what I've been thinking. The only positive in right now is that I've been maintaining my weight.

Love the analogy...I've been struggling with the idea of a fill and this really helps. -

I understand you are having a tough time, however you will lose the weight at an appropriate pace for your body. My weight loss has been slow however it has been appropriate for me. It has allowed my body to overcome some of the challenges that I have been facing and allowed me to make lifestyle changes so that this will last forever. -
Hi, just wondering if anyone has experience with MY fitness Pal and Fitbit? I just got the Fitbit for the holidays and was wondering if it has helped others. Thanks! Happy New Year!

Hi, I was banded on7/31/12 and have lost 32 lbs. the last six weeks or so I have been struggling with gaining and losing the same 10lbs. I think I could really use some MFP friends, so if anyone wants to add me my user name is whitney_07 Thanks, Jennifer

I too like MFP. I have the fitbit one. It is like a pedometer however it also show stairs and can give information about sleep (if you wear it). I think I am addicted to the fitbit . I'm always checking it. Last night I went for an extra walk so that I could hit the 10,000 step mark. The first few days I had it I didn't do anything and I only made it to 3,000 steps. I do like how MFP and fitbit work together. Does anyone do the premium membership? Or more accurately is it worth it? Thanks

I had mind with them also. My doctor was Dr. Fox.

I bought a pair of tall boots at Torrid...a store for 12 and over. They were cute however I had to return them because the shaft kept falling down.

6 1/2 hours to go! I a bit nervous but not too bad. I hope that isn't going to work this morning it will take my mind off of it. I also hope that I have not forgot to bring anything with me to the hospital.
