    I can tolerate more than i thought I could at 3 weeks. My Dr has progressed me quite quick. Not sure why some Dr's do it different than others. Comes down to what works for you I guess .??

    My Dr said that after two weeks you can't hurt anything. Said its more of an energy issue. I have seen that. I'm taking three weeks and go back to work this week.

    I am knew and had the sleeve on may 9th. My worst fear is that it won't work. I don't know why I feel that way but its reality. My first week I was down 2 lbs but was dealing with some retention issues. I dont kn ow what to expect the first few week with weight loss. I found this forum and hope it helps me accomplish my goal of becoming healthy. I seem to be able to eat more than I thought I would which concerned me.
