As of today I have lost 103 pounds!!! That's a whole person off my body!! I feel great!!

Thank u!! I was sleeved on April 9th and my pre op weight was 318. I'm hoping to get back down to at least 135 so about 80 pounds to go

Just took some new pics since today marks 5 months since I had my surgery. I am currently down 92 pounds . Looking at these pics I am shocked at the change!

I am from Borger Texas (about an hour from Amarillo) and I am 4 months post op and 82 pounds down -
Hey all!! I Am 3 months out and have lost 75 pounds & decided it's time to share some pics. The first set was taken two days before surgery and the second set was taken 2 weeks ago.

Yes I feel absolutely wonderful!! I have so much more energy as well as self confidence! This is the first summer in a long time that I wasn't ashamed of wearing a swimsuit!!

Thank u! I'm still having a little bit of a tough time with meats but it's getting better. In the mornings I usually have a protein shake meal replacement then later a snack that's high in protein. Lunch I usually have a salad with fruit or some tuna and later another high protein snack. Dinner I have another meal replacement and later another snack. That's just an idea of how my diet looks
