Toddy, thank you for your reply. I'm feeling the same way for a few weeks now. Can't seem to eat anything healthy. My blood sugar was low and I've felt poor all day, then the Hershey bar went down fine this afternoon.

I really unable to eat chicken. And a one inch long piece may be to big. Try very tiny bits. And sometimes I do only eat a couple bites then I'm done. It does say on the original material this could be normal. As long as your not hungry go with it. I do think the harder part is to wrap your mind around not eating so much. (Since we're all so use to eating way touch) good luck!

Thank you for sharing. I've been to the seminars and my first doctors appt is 8-21-12 I'm also excited and scared at the same time. Congrats on a healthier you.. I'm right behind you soon.... I've enjoyed reading your post.
