I feel like I'm losing so slow any advice any one could give me I work out 4 days out the week I drink 5 glasses of water have protein I try to eat twice but usually eat once cause not hungry. I was 271 in august scales says I'm 234 I want to lose these 34 pounds -

Ever since I got my sleeve I wasn't able to eat now I'm progressing to earring fish salmon I can't eat chicken anymore I can't have no food I use to eat it won't agree with me a lol applesauce get me food and it goes down but soon I eat food nothing goes down but fish sushi chicken soup and all it crazy Smh
