Sometimes I be straving other days I be like not hungry for whole day Idk is the suregy worl because I still think of food y if they remove that part of me and I'm stalling any advise ppl somedays k can my whole chicken noodles soup and others days can't even eat half what happening

I was so happy cause I was getting upset y the scale wasn't moving so lasynight I made wheat Pasta and ate chicken middle Soup for lunch and today it like it drop off

It not moving and I excersise try to eat and try to have Protein but damn I'm getting upset at this scale like move damn it lol

Went on a date yesterday and seen one movies then sneak into 2 more I was straving and my boo no my case So we order chicken tender I chew it bits by bits and was only able to eat 2 chicken chicken then got very full I was surprised it went down also being full I look at him while he ate the rest of it.
