The forums and topics have really been a blessing this week. I have laughed and cried and have gotten excited too. I like some advice and others I just keep my mouth shut, at the end of the day this is my body and only I will have to live with my results.I am having a great time at VST nd I am very happy that I have joined up with some good people for conversation, advice, and laughs.
