57 hours to my surgery. Getting antsy, cant sleep. Lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks preop. What if i can just do it on my own. What of this tome I can keep it off. Doubting my decision to have it done. Very stressed

I have paid 35 per office vosit to the surgeon (2) nut was 100% out of pocket. Not always the case. Depends on your surgeons office. 25 for psych visit. I paid 250 for hospital stay in advance then covered 100% after that. Will have to pay my surgeon 150 for the procedure.

All of the above.. Excited for my new lease on life and the ability to control my portions with my new tool. Nervous that something will get in the way of this happening. And scared of the small possibility that I have a complication, leaving my husband to fend for the kids, the bills, the house. We are a 2 wage home and the loss of my income would be devastating. But I put my faith in the universe and the Creator for only good things to happen. Just Do It!!!

The 500 to 700 cal diet may be too low and you may be in starvation mode, especially if you are burning 100 or more calories with exercise. Ramp the calories in the form of extra Protein, or a little fat for a day or two, see if that puts you back on the losing side. (Before I get flamed for not being a post op, I just know this from previous diet experience and what I read) Just Do It!!!

I lived in NM for years and there was nothing like the smell of roasting green chiles in October...oh my Just Do It!!!

I just have to take 2 tbs of MOM the afternoon before surgery, yucky enough. Mag citrate is soo salty Just Do It!!!

I am so there with you. My surgery is this wednesday coming and all I can think about is failing. Not being able to contain my old habits. Preop has been a good thing for me, i have given up my diet pepsi, my m and m binges, i started working out (finding time is brutal) I see myself getting and svelt and fly and being pain free and no bp pills, the. I think of all the last times I did it and failed. I almost want to cry thinking of it. But I am hoping above all hopes and praying to my creator that I can do this. For me, for my family, and for the people I care about.

Then you got it made. Start eating pizza, with a hot chocolate chip bar cookie topped with icecream Just Do It!!!

I had a breast reduction, the scars are under the breasts and the midline scar and the nipple scar aren't even noticeable. Now that I am going to have the sleeve and lose weight, I may need implants (scratching my head) Just Do It!!!

That's discouraging I hope it's just a fluke of acid (which is what I have heard a lot of post op sleevers say) feel better Just Do It!!!

That's weird. All our local hospitals including Yale New Haven Hospital and all it's subsidiary hospitals have wifi you can hook into as a guest. The VA does not have Wifi because of security issues. Just Do It!!!

Sick of Optifast. My mouth feels like its sour and dry at the same time. Tonight was the worst. i contemplated eating a whopper, cause I bought my kids some kids meals...but I didn't. 4 more days of this god awful stuff, then 2 days of clears. OMG! Just Do It!!!
