    Does anyone have a med alert bracelet? Might be a good idea in case there is some type of emergency. What do you think? I would hate for someone to put a feeding tube down and ruin my sleeve.

    Take your Phenergan as ordered till your stomach settles. Sleep sitting up. Don't jump out of bed sit on side of bed first for a couple minutes. Use a cool wash cloth for neck. Take slew deep breaths. Sip your liquids

    I saw a co-worker who left town for 10 years. She shared that she noted women in a rehab facility who were post wls. As we continued to share she stated one addiction is substituted for another. I have always been a shopaholic. I guess that along with scramble and hangman are my new addictions.
