I have struggled with my weight all my life, and have had many typical ups and downs over the years. My highest weight ever was 330 lbs. a few years ago. When I turned 49, I was determined to get my weight under control before my 50th birthday. I failed. So, at my annual physical last fall, I mentioned to my family doctor that I was considering weight loss surgery. Without hesitation he recommended I give Dr. Kim's office a call. It still took me until February to decide, but I will be having surgery on July 24th.
