    Keep eating right.. I was 215/230 .. 4"11 One year mark I was in 128/130 size 4 pants/xtrasmall on tops. Just believe in ur self. My sleeve was on july 2012. Almost two years and im keeping my weight. Lov to loose 15 more pounds. But im happy is not how much u loose. Is how many inches and so far size 4 is fantastic..

    Im 4"11 pre op. 215 Now 130. Size 4 ,small in top. But my Dr. Want me to loose 15 more pounds. . Im a year an half mark.. He said after two years it will be real difficult to loose more weight.. Need help..

    My first month 15 .. Nothing in this week.. Im only at 6 weeks ... I think im in a major stall right now.. Im running 5 days a week almost 2 miles... My Dr said keep doing what u doing and u r going to loose weight .. Lets see..

    My surgery date was july 16th .. My goal is 110-115 im only 4'11.. My start weight was 215 , now im 160... Im 30 .. I was size 20 now size 12 and sometimes 10..

    July 16th.. I start at 215 . Pre op 172.. Now at 3 weeks only 160.. I lost only 12 pounds in three weeks.. This is normal ? Or maybe because im only have to loose 50 more pounds is taking slow? Im 4'11 height... Can somebody help me? Is like 2.5 pounds a week.

    I lost 11 pound pre op liquid diet and i lost 10 pound in three weeks.. I think im on stall right now.. I didnt lost anything in a week.. My Dr said that average weight lose is 20 to 25 pounds a month.. I hope it help u

    Smothiee...with premier protein shake 30 g protein , strawbery greek yogurt 18g protein. Some fresh strawberry and rasberry.. Its make me full all day.. Great taste. 48 g protein in the morning and 48 g afternoon.. I dink it twice a day..

    Hey i have the VSG on july 16th i have lost 13 pounds.. Im not complaining at all.. Remember if u loose weight real fast is difficult to put all ur skin together.. Stick with protein drink, walking or running .. And u r going to feel great..Whats ur weight right now? I was 215 , i manage to loose 30 pounds before surgery.. In my liquid diet i lost 11 pounds.. Pre op weight 172.. My current weight is 159 ..

    I have a single incision on july 16.. I was walking the same day.. No pain at all just discomfort.. I think is a great option , your recovery is more faster.. I totally recomended ... In obe week i was power walking and runnning.. I have lost 10 pounds after my surgery. Before the surgery i lost 43.. I felt great and with a lot of energy..
