My dr says if you get hiccups, you are eating or drinking too fast.

I had my surgery June 28, had a full to 2 cc's late July and a 2nd fill 2 more cc's a week ago. I started at 170 but being 4'10 I needed to lose at least 50 lbs. I had lost a total of 25 lbs from pre-surgery diet until this week. Now somehow I've gained 1-2 lbs. how does this happen? What am I doing wrong?!

Thanks for this advice! I'm probably being a ittle obsessive over this but I feel as hard as it is on me I want to see results.

I dont watch calories, but I don't do caffeine, it's not my time of the month, and I'm probably under my protein intake. Im bad at this!

J bear- ive done it once by accident too, the frozen strawberry lemonades from taco bell are mixed with carbonated water!

I'm getting worse each day rather than better! Today ive only been able to drink half a protein shake and a small Gatorade. Ive been nauseas and dry heaving for the past hour and still am in so much pain, especially in my esophagus! -

Update: today if im standing up or even sitting up the pain in my jaw and under my chin is unbearable. It hurts every time i breathe in! -

This pain is different than the gas pain i felt on days 1-2. But thank you for your reply. -
