Good Morning Everyone I am 3 days into my liquid diet after surgery and have been drinking all my fluids but been feelin a little drained but I was told by my nurse there will be a few days my energy level will be a little down. But i do still get up and walk as told. Today as i stated yesterday i will walk to the mailbox which I DID and i am very proud of my self. I also when i get done drinking Water i make my self get up and walk to through away the bottle. So i am feeling good. I actually cant wait until i am able to go back to the gym so i can really get fit. Have a great day and God Bless All.

Ok i jus went for my second walk of the day and I was able to walk for about 25 mins.

Good Evening Everyone. Today has been my second day since having my surgery and I feel great. I havent started feeling hungry for food as of yet, but I have been drinking a lot of Water, and broth because my throat is sooooo dry i know it says dnt drink it too cold but i have to have it a lil cold. Now I do still get a little discomfort from the gas bubbles, so I only take my meds when I really feel pain and will say that is some good sleep lololololol. But I am walking around a lot and tomorrow I will be walking to the mailbox just to get a little more distance but not over due it. But my daughter is havin a fit because I cant pick her up ( 8 months) my little chuncky monkey is not having it lololol. Hope all have a Blessed Evening

Today is my 2nd day of surgery and i have not been feeling hungry as of yet, but my doctor only put me on liquid diet for a week and the mushy solid foods for like 2weeks.

@sharklove82 thank you and yes everything went very well. I really dnt feel hungry as of it and just a little discomfort from the gas but evrything else is going very well.

Today I am scheduled to have my surgery I am excited but feeling a little down due personal issues, but I am not going to let that ruin my journey living a healthy life. Please pray for me and I will let you know my status. Thank You and God Bless

Thank you all my surgery went very well I got up did my little walk and I am headed home to get me sme sleep!!!!!!!!! I really dont feel any pain just this big old gas bubble other than that I am great. Thank you all for your prayers. I will continue to to keep you updated. I knw one thing I am thirsty as hell lolololol.

I had my pre-op today. Dr says everything looks great and I am still scheduled for my surgery 8/20. My dr did not put me on a liquid diet until after my surgery. Soooo I FEEL GREAT AND VERY EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be banded on Aug 20 as well and so excited. I will be going to my pre-op tomorrow!!!!!!! Hope all goes well for u

Tomorrow is just a few days away from me starting my new life journey. I have my pre op appointment @ 9 am and my surgery is 8/20. I am so excited and can hardly wait.

Honestly I dnt want to look at the scale until I fully recover and as for time off I am off for a couple of wks so I will enjoy that time off very well!!! Lololol

Congratulations!!!!!! I have UHC as well and I was Approved within 2 days!!!!!! I hope all goes well for you and keep us posted.

Thank you!!!!! and yes I did view you were banded this month and I hope all is well with you. How is everything going for you so far? And yes I will say that i will have all my supplies and do as my doctor says most important key is to follow orders. I have learned that a lot on here.

Welcome. I have not been banded yet but will be having my surgery on 8/20 and just by being on here a few days you will have a lot of support and if you want to know do not be scared to ask.
