I am looking for the best cardio workout DVD for the Wii. I thought about joining a gym with a trainer to help me tone up but, it is very expensive and I want to make sure I have full commitment by working out at home first before shelling out that kind of money. I would like to tone my arms and abdominal area. I have lost almost 70lbs since being banded in June 2012 and I have barely worked out. I think my weight loss is slowing down and I want to kick start it back up, plus toning up couldn't hurt either . I have heard about Bob Harpers DVDs and also so Zumba ones are fun too. What does everyone think? All suggestions are welcomed!

So sorry it took so long to get back to you, it never came up on my notification feed. I am 25 years old, and I am 5'7. How did the surgery go? -

Help! Weird Symptoms (slip?)
supernurseD replied to Cloud_dance's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have read that if you go on liquids for a little while like maybe a few days-weeks it can reverse a minor slip if any. I do not have any personal experience with this but it is just a positive thought. I also think that your doctor sounds terrible and I would try to find a new one ASAP. I am a nurse and that is just not okay... at all. He did the surgery, if he hates lap bands then don't do them. It is not your fault at all. Just try to relax and de-stress. If it has definitely slipped, which it may not have, go somewhere else that will actually do their job and take care of you and your health. Best of luck! -
19lb Loss & I keep...
supernurseD replied to Redesigned_Curves's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have experienced that in the beginning, but I do feel a difference in my hair almost like the texture is a bit different. I have also experienced hair loss, which i read up that thats normal the first year. So maybe the thinning is making my hair better? LOL who knew -
