Does anyone else take the juice plus chews? Just started taking them & just curious.
-
Anyone else have a juicer? I've just started using mine and so far love it!! Know any good combinations?

For me juice plus garden chews & fruit chews are just say $50 a month. I also do the vineyard chews which are another$31 a month. My daughter is also on the kid study. I've only been taking them for a month now. I see it as a healthy supplement to add to my diet since there is NO WAY I would be able to get anywhere close to taking the 26 fruits & veggies otherwise. Especially since having my sleeve done and needing to focus on Protein. I have a friend who takes them and she has taken juice plus for 2 yrs. she said she used to have the acne scars but after taking juice plus they are gone. When I met her I would have never known of the scars on her face. She also has gotten her dad on them. Only since November and he now doesn't have leg pain due to varicose veins!!

I've been taking juice plus+ chews for about a month. No results yet really. I just like the thought of getting fruits & veggies easily since I have to focus on eating so much protein.

Thanks all! I have a jack llaine (sp?) juicer. Got mine at Walmart. Target here has juicers on sale this week (3-24/30) It has been interesting. I like carrot, apple, cucumber, celery. Sometimes add beet to that too. Tried spinach but to much effort for the amount of juice. May try again.

I also make pumpkin cheesecake with some Protein powder in it. And I blenderize cottage cheese and add sf torani syrup to it. How do you make your cheesecake? Good luck with your leak. hope things get 100% better soon!! -
Me too! I miss my spicy foods. I've heard it will get better after the six month mark. When our stomachs are fully healed. I'm a little over 4 months out.

How are you measuring food? Measuring spoons, cups or scale? If a scale what kind? Also how do you find the nutriential value of foods you make? I know there are apps or web sites to do this but which ones are good?

I have my fitness pal and use it occasionally. What is everyone's emails so we can all be buddies? I've been using calorie counter. I like it because you can put in barcodes from foods without having a camera on the "phone" I have an I pod. I need toi get a scale.

Found a few new yummy foods!! Stuffed tomato. I've stuffed them with crab salad chicken salad & tuna salad. All 3 are good. Protein + a little veggie. Wonton wrappers. Great crunchy possibilities with the wrappers. Scrambled egg holder to make breakfast portable, baked crab Rangoons, crispy cups for refried beans. Oh So Good!!!

Ok how much water are you supposed to be able to drink @ 5 weeks out? I know your supposed to get 64 + oz ASAP but I can't seem to get much down. I feel like I have to sip 24/7 to get in enough.

Wonton wrappers baked 6-8 min until chrispy.

Do you want the recipes for all the stuff I made? Tomatoes & wrappers? As for the eggs I use a metal mini loaf pan and put 2 wonton wrappers in the bottom with a spray of olive oil. Bake in my toaster oven until crispy. Usually approx 6 min. Or full oven 350. I'm sure you could use muffin tins and make more than one at a time. Then I make a scrambled egg, add a bit of cheese or sometimes bacon crumbles. When cooked add to crispy wrapper. Can be taken out of mini loaf pan nd carried around. Hope this makes sence.
