Thanks for the input. Yes, I am hoping I will be off my BP meds!

I am almost 3 months out and doing great. I have noticed lately that when I stand up I get a bit light headed. I am getting tons of liquids in so I know I am not dehydrated. I am still on the blood pressure meds and wonder if maybe I don't need them anymore?? I have my 3 month check up this week and will find out. I just wondered if others had had the same experience?

I would recommend bumping up your exercise intensity. That's what gets me through stalls!

10 pounds a month is the average the dr. told me. You should be pleased!!

I did the same thing and it is totally normal. I remember having a few bad days and crying so much! I think part of it is the "let down." Think about it, you have been preparing for this for MONTHS and then it is finally over. You know what I mean? Your body is going through lots of changes and things DO get better!

Totally normal!! I had it the first few days I was home.

Yep, that is the best plan!!

Don't buy them!! I got some when I ordered my PB2 and I ate the whole bag. They are tiny Peanut Butter cookies!! I of course ate the whole bag BEFORE my surgery!!

I am 9 weeks out and some days I am so hungry. Other days I have a hard time getting all my Protein in and eating enough! Anybody else like this?
-
Yes, you are normal. That was one of the first things I ate and I was amazed I could finish it!!

I am 8 weeks out and have not problem with Peanut Butter. I have it with whole wheat crackers occasionly.

I am the same way!! Plus one day something will agree with me and then the next day it doesn't!

Laughing my face off about your tranny territory comment!! I know what you mean about he sizes. I am 6ft tall and my goal weight is 170. When I was that size a hundred years ago that made me a size 14. Then I read about people who weight MORE that that wearing a 10. Of course this go around I would be thrilled to be a 14 again.

I am seven weeks out and all day I have been craving some type of ice cream or frozen goodie. So, this evening I drove to 7-11 and got two ice cream sandwiches and ate both of them. I enjoyed every bite!! Prior to surgery, it would have been a whole BOX of ice cream sandwiches and then I would have kept eating all kinds of crap until I was in a food coma!

Yep, totally normal! Try wearing some control top undies. That was a lifesaver for me having something "hold" my stomach in place.

I am 6 weeks out as well and know what you mean!! I just ate scrambled eggs for dinner just to "get dinner over with." I love to cook so this is frustrating. I try to make a dinner for my son that I think I can eat as well and then end up just eating a few bites. theworldaccordingtoeggface.com has some great ideas,
