Does biotin come in liquid form? I am 3 weeks out and I can't swallow any pills yet, however I really want to prevent future hair loss if at all possible.

I am 3 weeks out and I am starting to feel hungry as well. I only can stomach about 4 bites and that's all my sleeve allows, therefor it seems like 1 hour later I am hungry again. I guess it's all about getting used to our new anatomy.

I would check your doctors pre-op diet guidelines. Every doctor is different. I had 2 weeks of liquid only.

I am taking Bariatric Fusion chewable 2 x per day. They aren't bad and are specifically designed for the sleeve.

I was told if I take any long trips, or sit for more than 2 hours to get up and walk around every 2 hours to prevent blood clots as you are still in a healing process.

I played varsity soccer through HS. We would not even touch a ball for the first month of practice, as it was run, run, jog, sprint, Indian run for 3 hours straight with some stretches sprinkled in.. With that being said I would breath in through my nose and out through my mouth at an even rate.

After reading this thread I discovered something interesting about myself.... Though I have no issue with looking in the mirror and calling myself fat, I just can't bring myself to use that word on someone else. I don't know it just makes me realize I should be nicer to myself.
